Hero Training Doan Camp

What: KT’s Annual Doan Camp

When: February 17 -19, 2012 (President’s Day Weekend)

Where: Point Mugu State Park  (Directions)

How Much: $25 (if by check, make payable to Hieu Quach)

Drop off: Friday, Feb 17 at 3:30PM at DMVN

Pick up: Sunday, Feb 19 at 4:00PM at DMVN

What to Bring:
- Thieu Nhi Uniform (TN Shirt, Khanh, Blue Pants/Shorts with belt)
- KT bottle
- Flashlight
- Sleeping Bag (pillow and blanket – optional)
- Toothbrush & Toothpaste
- Towel
- Paper & Pencil
- Warm Clothes for three days
—Sweater/Jacket (IT WILL GET COLD so be sure to bring them to stay warm)
—Shirts/Pants/Shorts (There’s a chance you will get wet so bring extra)
—Socks

*There is a beach & waterfall. If you are brave to go into the cold water, you can bring swimming clothes.

DMVN Christmas White Elephant & Ice Skating!

What:
DMVN Thieu Nhi will have a “White Elephant” celebration at Shakey’s Restaurant at 5:30pm till 7pm. Your parents will drop you off at the Shakey’s Restaurant in Westminster. We will eat and enact our “White Elephant.”
(Don’t know what white elephant is? Google it!)
At 7pm we will transport you guys to the Ice Skating Rink to ice skate from 7:15pm to 9:15pm. Your parents will pick you up at the Ice Skating Rink.

When:
Friday, December 23rd, 2011.
Parents Drop Off: 5:30pm @ Shakey’s Restaurant

Parents Pick Up: 9:30pm @ Westminster Ice Skating Rink

-Warm Clothes
-$8 for ice skating
